"FALL"
"FALL"
Back then you were my one
Sunshine sky just begun
Chirping crickets in the breeze
Taking clouds with such ease
Eighty degrees on our skin
Sweat and nervousness within
But your hand I would never let go
In Polaroids we’d glow
April afternoons
Blooming with daffodils
Sunflowers fully bloomed
Now spring has turned to fall
But I remember it all
Clammy touch your smile so bright
We’d hold hands from day to night
Unnerved here I stand
Would still take your hand
April afternoons
Blooming with daffodils
Sunflowers fully bloomed
Now spring has turned to fall
But I remember it all
Seasons change they always do
But my mind stays with you
In that eighty-degree sky
Holding on never saying goodbye
